With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I specialise in personal training, sports therapy and Pilates. My journey began aboard the Walt Disney Cruise Line as a personal trainer and massage therapist. Returning to the UK, I established a self-employed practice, working closely with clients in their homes and offering high-quality training and therapeutic massage.
Today, I lead both in person and online Pilates and chair aerobics classes and teach Spinning at Vivacity Premier in Hampton. My qualifications cover a wide range of fitness areas, from advanced Pilates and personal training to sports massage and wellness coaching, ensuring clients receive expert support at every level.
